Multi Environment (firewalled) Multi Monitor

HI,
I'm looking to setup monitor in a multi-environment firewall network - eg, dev, test, prod etc
It is very locked down between networks and we want to have the minimal ports open
So we plan to have monitor web in once env and then monitor listener in each env.
This requires I believe a Redgate SQL database for each env, which we don't want to do, I'd like to have all data onto a single SQL database.
Alternatives are opening up all SQL ports across ur networks which is not a good thing.
Is there such a thing as a collector/forwarder service that can just collect the logs and forward them onto a central database service?

Each local base monitor will require its own repository, but everything can be amalgamated into a single UI (website) at the location of your choice. You will of course require a single port to be opened for the basemonitors, but this is more secure than opening your SQL ports.
You can also setup a more MSP oriented system, with webservers local to each site, if that meets your needs as well: https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/advanced-operations/msps-providing-clients-with-visibility-into-sql-monitor.
