Schema Compare for Oracle 1.5.1.19 and Oracle 18c or19c

We are running an older version of the command-line variant of Schema Compare for Oracle 1.5.1.19 for Oracle 11g and that is working fine. We are curious up to which oracle versions viz. 12c, 18c, and 19c the same SCO.exe is certified or tested.

Moreover, could anyone share a link for Schema Compare for Oracle 1.5.1.19 documentation.
