turn off DLM Dashboard during ETL hours i.e. 8 pm to 8 am

how do we turn off DLM Dashboard during ETL hours i.e. 8 pm to 8 am.
I tried looking into the options of the software, but i wasn't able to figure out it out. 
can some one please help
