sqldatacompare command line doesn't find database

Hi!
Working with the SQL Data compare GUI it finds my SQL server ((local)\SQLEXPRESS) and the concerning database TestDB.
Why doesn't the command line find this server:
sqldatacompare /s1:SQLEXPRESS /db1:TestDB /s2:SQLEXPRESS /db2:TestDB_new
