Hello,
Unfortunately someone changed our SQL Server password to the account we're using for SQL Monitor. Now we're unable to log in to the SQL Monitor (let alone our DBs aren't being monitored).
How can I update the configuration with the updated SQL Server password?

If the password for the repository has changed, you'll need to edit the connection string in C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\SQL Monitor\RedGate.SqlMonitor.Engine.Alerting.Base.Service.exe.settings.config.
