Including DB Change Log in Azure DevOps Notifications

We have release notifications that go out to specific teams via Azure DevOps subscriptions when a SCA database deployment completes.

The email shows the pipeline name, whether it was successful or not, and a link to the deployment in DevOps.

What I would like to do is include the change log in that email notification. Whether it's in the body or including the Changes.html as an attachment.

Anyone doing anything like that? Either through Azure DevOps or through a custom notification method.

I don't think there's an easy way of doing this, but I will check internally to see if anyone has any suggestions and will get back to you.

We haven't done this ourselves, however if you cannot do this directly you can always export the deployment resources to a file location of your choosing and then use a process to pick that file and email it.
