SQL Server Tools not supporting in VS2015

Hi,

I am using Visual Studio 2015 and trying to create SQL Change Automation Project but throwing error " The Target Platform for this project is not support by the installed SQL Server Tools." . Followed the link and installed the sql tools from the link but it does not working.

SQL Change Automation requires VS 2015 Update 3, you can download it from here:
