How can I prevent suggestions from within single quotes?

in SQL Prompt
I am not exactly sure when this started by my SQL Prompt started suggesting objects from within single quotes.  This doesn't mix very well with the space bar inserting the selected suggestion.

Is there a way to stop the suggestions from within single quotes?
