Need To Compare Two Databases using PowerShell Script By Particular Objects

I have tried to compare two MySQL database in red gate MySQL compare using PowerShell script. But i could do full compare properly, but i couldn't do particular procedure to compare and deploy in target database using PowerShell script in red gate MySQL compare. Kindly help me do that process.
