SQL Data Compare Trial: Export to csv encoding is not working

Im having problems with the export csv option, the encoding option is not working I used all of them but i dont know why is not working, because i opened every file with  each uncoding option (utf-8, utf 8-Pleamble, utf-16, ASCII) on excel  but the data look the same.

one months ago had worked

    Thanks for your inquiry and sorry to hear about your issue with SQL Data Compare.
    Can you confirm what version of SQL Data Compare and SQL Server that you're using?
    Do you encounter this same issue no matter what comparison is involved, or does this only happen with certain databases?
