Refresh Comparison from command line

Is there a way when executing a project from the command line to refresh the comparison before the script is created?  I am trying to pick up new changes to /db1.  Without having to go into the GUI every time.  In my test after creating a project, I added a column to a table in /db1 that was included in the project and ran the project from the command line, it did not recognize there was a change to the table.  I am using SQL Compare 12 if that makes a difference.

Please ignore, upgrading to SQL Compare 14 may have solved the problem.
