Mysql Compare: "The given key was not present in the dictionary"

Just downloaded and installed MySQL Compare.   Running on Windows 10, connecting to two MySQL servers, each running on Ubuntu.   Get this error when trying to use the Deployment Wizard, trying to create deployment script.   Currently have both database with  -skip grant privileges, allow no password.  (We are running behind firewall, local devel.)   The error Msgbox title is "Connection Population Error".
