Permissions across the estate

One of the useful bits of information that has recently been added is the user ids and permission level that are used to administer any given server.  I would like to review that across the entire estate, I don't see anything exposed in the API to retrieve that. Has anyone addressed this?

As far as we are aware it's not been exposed in the API and there are no plans to do so at this time.
