Upgrade to 7.1.5: operation successful but patient died

Anyone know how to fix this? I upgraded as the tool suggested I could, then after a successful upgrade, everything looks fine until I click the Commit top menu button. Then it pops up this complaint...

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Build.Framework, Version=15.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The new version is 7.1.5.10110

    @davidhorton

    Sorry to hear you've run into this issue!

    Recently a customer with the same issue was able to resolve it by uninstall and reinstall SQL Source Control. Could you kindly give it a try and let us know if problems persists?

    What version of VS do you use in that machine?
    Kind regards

    I re-confirmed that the problem still existed before I uninstalled, then I uninstalled SQL Source Control using the windows software settings facility, then downloaded and installed the current version from RedGate web site.It installed fine and then ran without throwing the error.
    Thanks for your help!
