Always Encrypted

There a reason why Sql Compare 14 seems to ignore my Always Encrypted settings? I've a table with three encrypted columns.
The same Master & Encryption Key names exist on both databases, yet when Sql Compare runs, it totally ignores the fact the columns are encrypted.
What gives?
