Can I add machine wait metrics to reports?

I would like to create a report in SQL Monitor that will send out a monthly summary of the machine overview items, so that I can go back periodically and see how my machine stats compare with those of previous months. When I go to build the report, I have options for CPU, Memory, and Disk I/O, but I do not have options for the resource and signal waits. Can I add these as a metric for reporting? My currently installed version is 9.0.3.20042.
