Source Control: add visibility for identical and ignore rules filtered objects

In Source Control it would be useful to have an option to show objects that are:
1. identical as well as objects that are
2. excluded by an ignore rules filter -- (for Ignore rules even a list of the object names filtered would prove useful ).
_Rationale:_
1. I find the behavior in Schema Compare that shows the identical objects (grayed out and not selectable) very useful, would be nice to have the same functionality in Source Control
2. Display ignored objects to ensure the filters are being applied appropriately. A bad ignore rules filter syntax may result in all objects being excluded -- behind the scenes -- which gives the appearance that everything is up to date, when in fact it is not (because the objects are being unintentionally filtered).
