Hi,

Would it be possible to add notes to an alert as a separate option to clearing it?

I have had a couple of alerts that I have had to pass on to the network team and would like to be able to note the alert that I have done that and that I am waiting for a colleague's response before I actually clear the alert ...

I searched our tracking system and this request is already logged. It will be considered for the next release of SQL Response although it is too late to include it for the 1.2 release due out imminently.

I've been using the product for a little over 2 weeks and love it so far. I'm going to love seeing what user requests and enhancements made it into the new release!
