Looking for a tool to synch my database to AWS (either EC2 or RDS). I've used DMS/SCT before but 2008 Express doesn't support replication (required to synch after the bulk data move). Looking to move and synch to minimize downtime (verses turn down on prem and then move entire db).
I've got redgate backups, but looking to minimize the cutover time.
Thoughts?
