Thanks for reaching out and sorry that you're having trouble with SQL Prompt. Can you confirm if you have the tab history option as well as the option to restore open tabs enabled in SQL Prompt>Options>Tabs>History?
are you using SQL Authentication as your connection method? If so, do
the tabs get restored if you use Windows Authentication?
if you restore the SQL Prompt options to default (SQL Prompt
->Options->Restore all defaults), then restart SSMS, does it help?
