in SQL Prompt
On activating SQL prompt on SQL Management solution i am getting below error,
Could not retrieve license permits
The following error was encountered: Failed to get permit. No response from server.

Sorry that you've run into this issue.
Please can you open the tool and then visit http://localhost:22221/redgate/status.html
There will be a link 'Activate using fallback' in the recently connected products list. From there you are able to view an alternative licensing dialog which you'll use to activate.

Whilst not SQL Prompt - it is SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare and is version 14.0 of both. When I click Activate it comes back with the same error listed above
Failed to get permit. No response from server. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
Which is understandable - as this is a server that does not have internet access. How can I license the application(s) offline?
