Unable to set-up the database project when SQL Change Automation 4.0 failed to generate baseline

I got this error occurred setting up the database project. "Invalid URI: The Uri string is too long"
I have about 3000 objects in the existing database as target database for deployment.  Is this over the max limit for creating baseline schema script?

We recently became aware of this issue and are working on a fix. This fix will be included in a future update of the SSMS extension.
