Random Records Selected After Deployment Completes

We are on v.11 and testing v.14. In v.11, after a deployment is complete and the comparison is refreshed, all remaining differences are unselected, i.e., no boxes have a checkmark. However, in v.14, after the comparison is refreshed, a random number of the remaining differences are selected. This is both confusing and incorrect. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks a lot.
