in SQL Backup
I just moved a database from server 2008, sql 2008 and redgate v6 to server 2016, sql 2014 and redgate 10. On the old server I could have a scheduled backup write to a Synology external drive that shows up as the "r" drive on the server. The SQL Backup agent is run using the admin account and that account has full permissions for the destination folder. I can see the folder via the gui. When I try the local backup then copy to network folder option the test comes back as "folder does not exist" even though it's the same folder the older version of the software wrote to for years.
What am I missing to get this set up?

Can you try running the query mentioned in the below article on the SSMS with the SQL Backup Agent installed and let me know what result you get?
