No charts when profiling web application

My web starts fine but nothing in performance profiler whatsoever.

What type of web app is it? What are you trying to profile? What sampling mode? Could you look in the log files and see if there are any error messages around the time of startup?

thankyou for your interest on helping me, the program had problems with permissions not allowing it to communicate with the web server
