9.5.14.11144: Ctrl+Shift+E isn't in the Options, Keyboard, list (or did I miss something?)

in SQL Prompt
Code Analysis run on a proc. The blue, or orange, icon shows up in the left margin. Hover. It says to use the above key combo. I get a "Resource View" docked panel at far right...
So, Options ==> Keyboard. Search for "Issue" and... 3 hits, the only SQL Prompt one being the List of Issues, not the individual one as depicted at https://documentation.red-gate.com/sp9/analyzing-your-code/inspecting-issues
Bug? Documentation error? Withdrawn "feature"? Other...?
Please advise, as we've been inquired-of as to our employment of "external code review software"
