SQL Monitoring SQL AG with Azure IaaS ("old" cloud services)

Hi,
we have a SQL AG with two nodes and an internal load balancer that I would like to monitor (IaaS on Azure). Problem is that the VMs are not ARM yet. I tried to follow your article on how to setup the ILB for monitoring: https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm7/configuring-sql-monitor/adding-and-configuring-servers/adding-servers-to-monitor/monitoring-sql-server-failover-cluster-instances-and-alwayson-availability-groups-hosted-in-azure-iaas
Problem is, that this article refers to the new ARM model where frontend and backend pool port forwarding rules can be set. Do you have any article on how to get it to work with the classic model?
