ANTS Profiler 4.3 has now been released. You can get it from:

We have had substantial feedback from users citing problems profiling ASP.NET applications in IIS. This release includes significantly improved support for all versions of IIS and should provide a much more satisfactory ASP.NET profiling experience.
Other fixes and features include
• the reintroduction of XBAP support,
• the socket accept() method is now recognised as a blocking call, which fixes a timing reporting bug between CPU and wall clock time affecting a wide variety of networking applications, but especially ASP.NET applications and web services.
