I linked my database to source control system but is getting this error when I switch to commit tab

Must be from the source database

Parameter name: src

    This error can occur due to a bug that was fixed in version 7.0.29 (bug reference SOC-9916)
    If you are using an older version, first step would be to upgrade to the latest version
