Pre-Compare Filtering with SQL Compare

I have a large Database with a large set of objects to compare.  Currently, it takes 45 minutes + to complete a comparison (if it finishes) and brings my machine to its knees.  There are roughly 60,000 objects I could easily ignore if there were an option to filter out objects by name with a wildcard before actually performing the comparison.  Is there anything like this on the roadmap?

This is definitely a feature we're actively considering. You might want to request it on https://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/141379-sql-compare so that we can see additional demand for it, which will have input to our prioritization decisions.
