Can you please send me all the details of
License procurement for SQL Monitor? What is the Licence cost per server? If I have 10 SQL servers to be monitored using SQL monitor, how many license do we need to take?

It's done by windows host so it would depend on if each of your 10 SQL Server instances were on a separate machine or colocated on fewer Windows hosts.
The pricing is public and you can see in your local currency how much that will cost by scrolling down on this page https://www.red-gate.com/products/dba/sql-monitor/ about halfway to where it shows the price and has the "Buy now" button in green.
