    Hi @ohawks,

This help center article goes over how to move SQL Servers registered in the SQL Backup GUI to one on a new machine: https://redgatesupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008089393.

The "File - Import SQL Servers" option is used to import a list of SQL Servers that registered in SQL Server Management Studio that is installed on the same machine.  In my example here I have SSMS 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016, 17 and 18 (which is showing as unknown) that I can import the registered servers from:

To use this functionality you would need to have the servers registered in your SSMS where the SQL Backup UI is installed, export them and then import them to the SSMS on the other server (there is Microsoft documentation on this), and then import them into SQL Backup.

    Kind regards,
    Alex
