Error on delete of '..../#sql4988_2_1.MAD (Errcode 13 "Permission denied")

Upon comparing two databases all of a sudden MySql Data Compare says: Error on delete of '..../#sql4988_2_1.MAD (Errcode
13 "Permission denied").
It appears to create these .MAD files itself, it doesn't help if I delete this file.
Just a moment ago, it could open both databases. I only imported a table in it. But I had imported a previous version of the same table just a moment before and then I did not get the error.
How can I make MySql Data Compare open my database again?
