How to cancel license ?

Hello I have just purchased some tools about 12 months 
and curious if and when I have to quit/cancel
in case I don´t want it anymore.
Is my boss getting a surprise invoice in 12 months
or is it still valid and I only miss updates and support ?
...
Found nothing about that topic in faq or by search, till now.
Any hints and links are welcome.

This isn't really the place for licencing enquiries - you're best off emailing sales@red-gate.com.

Under normal circumstances though if you don't want to renew support and upgrades then you won't get access to new major versions or Support, but you're able to use the licence for whichever version you bought indefinitely.
