Changes might cause deployment errors

I'm attempting to add a large database to TFS and am getting an error on the screen where I commit changes. The error says "These changes might cause deployment errors or data loss. Please review them carefully. Its giving me the error on all the build in db_xxx database roles. Is there a way to get more details about "why" the tool thinks there could be errors? How do I know if it's safe to commit these database objects to TFS?

You can review each warning individually and make the right call.
This is how the dialog looks after you try to commit:
...and this is a list of all the possible warnings you can get with a reason of why the deployment could fail or cause data loss:
