Suggestions not working (SQL Prompt 9.5.3.9640) Visual Studio 2019

SQL prompt suggestions are not working with Visual studio 2019. It worked for VS 2017. tried uninstalling SQL prompt, deleting registry, installing it. Nothing worked out.

    I moved to a new machine and have now the same problem with VS2017 and VS2019. On the old machine it worked, also with SSMS2017, 17 and 18 on the new machine.
    Also tried to reinstall, didn't help.
