Feature Request: Open .SQL files from file explorer

It would be great if Multi Script supported opening .sql files from file explorer. While I can register Multi Script as an Open With target, it doesn't actually open the selected file. Additionally, if Multi Script is already open, add the .sql file to the list of files to execute. If Multi Script is not open, remember the path it opened from, so you can easily save the new project, and don't create an empty script1.sql file :)
