Script data without second database

Hi Steve
When you are using SQL Data Compare unfortunately there is no feature like the "snapshot" available in SQL Compare.
As you have discovered SQL Packager does have this ability. A workaround would be to use Package and when you come to the scripts dialog, save the Data script using the save script button. You will then have the script you require.
