End profiling session with timeout=0 in command line

Hello,
I'm trying to end the profiling session but with timeout = 0 I couldn't succeed to do that.
Tried to restart iis, kill the w3wp.exe process but session didn't end.
Only way was to CTRL+C but it kills the profile.exe session and no report is generated.
Do you have an idea how I could use the timeout=0 and stop the profiling session gracefully ?
Couldn't find what to do in the documentation when using timeout=0

Thank you !

Sorry to hear you're running into an issue!
Hm, the profiling session should end once the profiled w3wp process exits, so I am wondering if it's taking time to process the results. Just to check, if you run the profiling session for just a few seconds and then close the w3wp process, does it stop profiling fairly quickly?
