DATE TIME FORMAT ERROR IN SPANISH

SQL Compare Data generate script in datetime fields like... '2019-03-26 07:03:41.190'

but my server in Spanish throws the following error

Mens. 242, Nivel 16, Estado 3, Línea 11

La conversión del tipo de datos varchar en datetime produjo un valor fuera de intervalo.

I will try and setup a spanish database and see if I can replicate this and then come back to you.

I haven't been able to replicate this one.

Does the comparison work if you change the database from Spanish to English? Can you give an example of the comparison that should be occurring?
