Substitution Rule error

we are getting one error for the substitution rule which is given below.Help me on this Please ASAP.

Data masking gets below error.

Error 300 occurred when executing rules.

#### Masking Rule Exceptions

Insufficient values in DataSet.

Are you able to share your masking set? It sounds like the target table has more rows then the data set with Distinct Set option checked. 

What version of Data Masker are you using?

We have resolved the issue by un checking the unique values.
