smtp configuration settings

Hi
I am trying to configure mail settings in red gate monitor-Configuration-Notification settings
Below are details for example:
In the email server settings i am giving outgoing mail server (smtp) =smtp.office365.com
port no=123
marking -require a ssl or tls connection
marking - mail server requires a user name and pwd
account user name =abc_support@xyz.com
pwd=xxx
send from email address=abc_support@xyz.com
sending email to my office email id: 123@biosme.com
when i am trying to send test mail to my office id: the mail is not going.
Please guide me what i am doing wrong?
Or give me steps to to configure correct mail configurations.

Your configuration looks ok, are you using the latest version? If not please upgrade and test again.
