Trying to disable sa account and SQL Backup continues to try to use it

This operation failed with errors.
SQL error 18470: Login failed for user 'sa'. Reason: The account is disabled.

I have run the sqbsetlogin to set it to the user I want to use. I have edited the SQL Server Connection to use that one inside of SQL Backup
What is my next step?
