Estate Manager showing incorrect SQL version

I applied SPs and CUs to a DEV server with 3 active instances and 3 disabled instances (6 total). The 3 active immediately showed the correct SP and CU number. The disabled ones did not. @version, SQL reports the latest update has been applied to all instances.

If you have issues with the Estate page inside SQL Monitor, can you please post it under SQL Monitor? SQL Estate Manager is a different product.
