RedGate Client Service Stopped Working After Upgrading to SQL Test 3.1.1

Today I received a notification that there is an update available for SQL Test 3.1.1, which I naturally downloaded and tried to install. However on reaching 99% - setup failed as it was unable to start the redgate client service. Since that I have restarted my PC several times and deleted the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Red Gate\Shared Client" folder and repaired the SQL test, which then failed due to "fatal error" but I am unable to start the redgate client service.

This is the error in log file :

    Hi @SqlUser

Please can you delete any files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Common Files\\Red Gate\\Shared Client that look like ".rgupdate_bad_xxxx", and then try running the msi file.

If that fails there may be a problem connecting to 127.0.0.1 (localhost) so could you try opening a command prompt as an administrator and then running:

    netsh http show iplisten

Is there an entry for 127.0.0.1 here?

If not could you run the following command which should setup the client to listen for it:

    netsh http add iplisten 127.0.0.1
    Kind regards
