I have upgrade from SQL 2012 to SQL 2016, installing SSMS v17.9.1 but the Source Control don't show

Hi have both SQL Server installations, SQL 2012 and SQL 2016, and I have upgraded successfully. Now, I have installed SSMS v17.9.1, Uninstall ALL the Red Gate products, including Source Control, and reinstalled again, but Still on the SSMS 2012 not in SSMS v17.9.1.

    What version of SQL Source Control do you have installed?  It may just not support being installed into SSMS17.

    If it's a later version it might be that the toolbar is compressed into a row and is only showing as a grey dotted area with a down triangle next to it:


    You then just need to drag the grey dotted area to the next line to expand it.
