how to show "not shown" dependencies?

I started dependency tracker by right-clicking on a stored proc.  The tracker opened but only showed the proc I selected.  Hovering over the display, though I see the message "Dependencies not shown:" followed by a list of those objects.  Is there a way to get the tracker to automatically add those?

Sorry to say there isn't an official way to save default options at the moment, however, you should be able to make it use those options automatically by creating a project, enabling the options Tools> Options>Diagram>Add objects ... and then saving a project. Those options will then be used by default the next time you use SQL Dependency Tracker.
