Comparing encrypted procedures

What permissions are required for comparing encrypted procedures? I have a developer role that is a member of db_datareader,db_datawriter,db_ddladmin and db_securityadmin. They are comparing a script to the db and it comes up as a difference because it won't decrypt the proc. I really don't want to give eveybody sa
