Intermittent Missing data for Machine and SQL Sql Server metrics for servers w/ 2018-10 CU KB4462917

After updating the Windows 2016 with 2018-10 CU (KB4462917) for the machine with our SQL Servers the Machine and SQL Server Metrics are missing 2-4 minutes of data every ~20 minutes. Each server's data is broken consistently at regular intervals for the same amount of time on that server. The intervals vary from server to server. The Database metrics are not missing data and seem to be fine. I am in the process of updating the server that is home to the SQL Monitor services to see if that makes a difference.
Is there a fix or setting to correct this?

Can you send your log files across to support@red-gate.com so we can take a look?
We identified the cause of this as a Microsoft hotfix that went out earlier in the year.
Can you update your server with the latest patches? Unfortunately we were unable to identify exactly which hotfix patched this, as we ran a number of updates on our test system. By title you might expect KB4339284 and KB4462901 but it would be best to just bring the server up to date if possible.
