Can the reports automatically report from Primary in an HA Group?

When a High Availability Group is failed over, is it possible for reports to automatically point to the new Primary? Currently I have to edit the reports so that they now point to the new Primary server.

No this option isn't available unfortunately. You could just include all primary/failover servers on the same report which would lead to a lot of servers on the reports that aren't in use but at least avoid the manual process that you're having to do.
